True to his normal modus operandi he once again gives a customer false and misleading information on his radio show of May 13, 2010. In that broadcast he told a lady about some poor person he claims to be helping in Kansas. He apparently informed the person from Kansas that the Kansas statute of limitations is 3 years. A check with Lawdog.com reveals that the statute of limitations for credit cards in Kansas is 5 years not 3 years because credit card agreements are not oral agreements but rather written agreements.
Here is Mike telling this lady from Connecticut that the Kansas statute of limitation is 5 years.
Listen to this incredibly false and misleading information about the Kansas statute of limitations on credit card debt. But that isn't the worst of it. Michael Mirras is going to have this poor fellow from Kansas file a complaint with the Kansas State Attorney General because he thinks they filed outside the statute of limitations. But even if they had filed outside the statute of limitations (which they apparently didn't do) there is no state law saying they can't file outside the statute of limitations. They can file outside the statute of limitations and if the defendant does not file an appropriate response they can get a judgment and get it enforced. So Mr. Michael Mirras, before you sell the gullible on the supposed benefits of your system you really need to stop providing them with such false and misleading information.
Then listen once again as Michael Mirras contradicts his own statements with even more false and misleading information.
Michael Mirras doesn't teach on any of his shows either. If he did he would have corrected Sonia when she made the following statements.
Shame on you Mike! In my opinion you ought to know better than to let that tomfoolery go uncorrected if indeed you did know better. But maybe that is too much to expect in view of all the other false and misleading information you provide.
Here is what one person who purchased your so called courses had to say about them on a forum called "Myrland's Methods" which I'm sure you are well familiar with. Quite a testimonial indeed.
Creditwrench, thank you for the kind words. I also appreciate your candor on the subject, and always look forward to you're input on issues like these. I am however, upset at some people you know, well lets say plagiarists that stole your info, concepts and are now making quite a nice living off of them. You know, his initials are MM. He sure likes to talk allot about how HE figured out, how to go after the DCs, CBs and CR. Heck, he even has a marketing specialist promoting "his" (your) info on the web. I can't believe I fell for his story.... but like I always say, live and learn.
Personally, I don't see how he can sleep at night.
Frank
Quite a testimonial and should serve as ample warning to all who contemplate getting suckered into buying your so called "Mirras system".
