Michael Mirras
claims to have what he calls his 18 questions to ask debt collectors when they call among other things. He talks about them as though they were his invention which is not true. He copied them from my web site at My 18 questions to ask debt collectors every time they callNow then, unless I can prove what I say then Mike could come after me for violating his copyright or for other causes including saying that since he stole my original work he is a thief. So in order to prevent that from happening I must be able to prove when I put them on the web and I must be able to do that in a way that is authoritative.
Have you ever heard of the wayback machine? If not then let me tell you about it. Or better yet, go learn about it for yourself.
Welcome to The Internet Archive Wayback Machine Sep 11, 2001 ... The Internet Archive Wayback Machine puts the history of the World Wide Web at your fingertips.
If you go to the wayback machine and put http://www.creditwrench.com/18questions.html in their search box you get this web page. and it says that the first date that the wayback machine found that web page was August 10, 2004 and of course it was there on my website for some time before the wayback machine found it.
That proves beyond any shadow of a doubt who invented the 18 questions and it definitely was not Michael Mirras.
Michael Mirras does not have any such thing as a system either. There is no such thing as a system that will beat your creditors out of their money. The only "systems" out there are the legal systems invented by the legal profession, the various legislative bodies and the courts. They own the only "system" out there. The only thing that can beat the "system" is knowledge and applying your knowledge to doing things the right way.
Michael Mirras has absolutely nothing new to sell you.
